This role is at the heart of delivering exceptional patient-centred care, making a genuine difference in the lives of our aged care residents and their families.
* Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
* Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
The successful candidate will utilise a person-centred approach and work in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures.
Key Requirements:
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Current NDIS registration
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
