NCF provides consumer, leasing, commercial finance, and fleet administration services to its customers.About the roleAs the Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager and based onsite at our corporate office in Homebush West, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider fleet team, covering all aspects from vehicle purchasing to disposals, timely processing of infringements, and handling other related tasks.Responsibilities include:Coordinating the approval of new vehicles and issuing purchase orders.Issuing vehicle service order numbers.Managing fuel cards, including processing new orders, renewals, and ongoing maintenance.Updating security registers for registrations, variations, and discharges.Monitoring registration transfers and motor vehicle allowances.Conducting weekly fuel verifications.Managing safety recalls.About youYou will have relevant experience in an administrative role.
