We’re looking for someone who can capture those moments and bring the Richglen story to life.
About the Role
You’ll help bring the Richglen brand to life across our digital platforms by capturing the people, projects and culture that make our business what it is.
Some days you’ll be planning content and shaping ideas from the office.
Other days you’ll be out in the workshop, around the yard or visiting site capturing real moments as they happen. Every now and then you’ll even get to swap the office attire for Richglen hi-vis orange and see the action up close.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
* Capturing photos and videos of projects, teams and events
* Producing short form video and reels
* Supporting recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
* Showcasing Richglen capabilities, projects, and culture
* Planning and managing content calendars
What we’re looking for
* A creative storyteller with strong writing and caption skills
* Someone confident using Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* A confident communicator who enjoys working with people across the business
Mining experience isn’t required, but curiosity, creativity and personality definitely are.
