We're on the hunt for a talented Guest Service Agent to lead our Front Office team at a luxury resort in Byron Bay. As the first point of contact for guests, you'll ensure an unforgettable experience.
**About Our Resort**: Situated on 50 acres of stunning beachfront property, we offer world-class amenities and facilities that provide endless opportunities for growth.
**Your Role**: Working on our busy reception desk, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, making reservations, running daily reports and anticipating their needs. You'll also resolve any issues or concerns with manager support available when needed.
**Requirements**:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Experience in high-end resort/hotel front office environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fidelio or Opera System
* Ability to communicate with diverse groups
* Full availability for weekends and public holidays
* Remain calm under pressure situations
* Current driver's license essential
* First Aid Certificate desirable
