**Position Overview**:
As an Internal Phone Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping customers harness the power of solar energy.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Answering inbound calls in conjunction with making calls to customers who have _pre-booked consultations_ to discuss solar options.
- Building strong relationships with customers over the phone and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tailoring our solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Offering our products which include Solar PV, Batteries, EV Chargers and Hot Water Heat Pumps!
- Providing unbiased recommendations and information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Meeting Monthly targets and earning **very rewarding** incentives based on your performance.
**Requirements**:
**To excel in this role, you should**:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, goal oriented and driven to meet targets.
- Enjoy talking with a range of clients over the phone.
- Ideally have previous experience in the solar industry or a related field, enabling you to provide expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Be adaptable and able to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
