Overview

Telstra Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant role offering the opportunity to work with an iconic Aussie brand. You will help customers find tech solutions and contribute to building a connected future.

Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is positive.
* Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and Excel: Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary and Benefits

* Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour
