ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated horticulturist to join our talented team. This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone with solid plant knowledge, a love of garden development, and a desire to contribute to designed outdoor spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Extensive plant knowledge, including pest/disease management and irrigation systems
* Hands‐on experience in horticulture or garden maintenance
* Confident and skilled in using gardening tools and equipment
* Experience mentoring apprentices or junior staff
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Australian residency with full working rights
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver high‐quality horticultural services to residential gardens
* Perform daily tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance
* Lead and support apprentices; share knowledge and build team capability
* Assist in schedule management, prioritise tasks, and communicate expectations
* Travel to multiple local sites using a company vehicle (minimal travel outside Central Coast)
