We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Agri-blending and packing facility.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing blending and down-packing processes, with a strong focus on automation and filling line operations.
General Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the blending and packing facility, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with environmental and safety standards Plan and utilize resources effectively to deliver on time in a dynamic market Control costs efficiently Implement and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity on the packing line Develop and refine factory layouts to maximize operational flow and reduce waste Monitor production metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to minimize downtime Qualifications and Skills Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering Proven experience in operations management with a strong safety culture within the liquid manufacturing industry, specifically in blending and packing Strong knowledge of automation technologies and experience with modern filling line operations Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on operational efficiency Effective planning and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders Experience in working with production equipment suppliers If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a rapidly growing, globally successful company that offers abundant opportunities for career advancement, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity; please apply online.
