With several high-end fit-outs underway across their national wellness brand, our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on multiple exciting projects.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with the wider project, design and broader development division, you'll manage end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to handover — ensuring quality, timing, and cost outcomes are met across the board.
Key Responsibilities Deliver 1–3 high-end New build and/or fit-out projects concurrently Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and consultant teams Coordinate D C processes and contract documentation Lead consultant and contractor meetings, reporting and compliance Conduct site inspections and proactively manage quality and risk Drive project performance while identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction, Architecture, Property or similar) Experience in built form or fit out project delivery (retail, hospitality, or wellness are a plus) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of project feasibility, programming, and procurement Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Why Join This Developer?
