Overview
The Services Assistant plays a vital role in delivering timely, efficient, and effective services to the Port Lincoln Health Service. This encompasses catering and cleaning duties within the unit, including food preparation, service, delivery to clients, general housekeeping tasks, and general laundry duties as needed.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve food within the unit.
* Deliver food and supplies to patients and clients.
* Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
* Handle laundry duties when required.
* Ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
* Positive Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation as required.
* Category A immunisation risk (direct contact with blood or body substances).
