We’re partnering with a growth-stage business operating at the intersection of technology, property and ESG, with a SaaS platform that is gaining strong traction and entering a significant phase of national expansion.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with a clear mandate: to drive go-to-market execution, accelerate enterprise growth and build a scalable national sales engine around a platform that helps organisations better manage lease portfolio risk, financial visibility and sustainability performance across their property footprint.
Reporting directly to the Founder, the National Sales Director will take ownership of sales strategy, enterprise pipeline, client acquisition and recurring revenue growth, while helping position the platform for broader market adoption and long-term commercial scale.
This role will suit a seasoned SaaS sales leader with the credibility, judgement and commercial capability to operate at both the strategic and executional levels. It requires someone who can engage senior decision-makers, lead complex sales activity and bring discipline, structure and momentum to a growing platform business.

Profile sought:
* 10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development or commercial leadership
* Proven success scaling SaaS, technology or data-led B2B solutions
* Strong track record in complex enterprise sales and recurring revenue growth
* Experience shaping go-to-market strategy and driving commercial performance
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
* Exposure to PropTech, ESG, workplace technology, risk, or platform-based solutions will be well regarded
