Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and digital channels.
- Handle enquiries related to road safety services.
- Maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (call centre, administration, or retail)
- Previous government experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including typing, email etiquette, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous government experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be based in NSW and able to attend on-site training and assessments
- Contractors will work on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Each roster cycle lasts two weeks, during which contractors will work the same shift
- After each cycle, they will rotate to a different shift (e.g., early, mid, or late start)
