To support our teams we are seeking to appoint a HR Coordiantor to join our HR team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career. Working alongside our HR Superintendent and closely with the management team, you will play an integral role in improving the effectiveness of site operations and building a high-performance culture.
What you can expect from the role:
Reporting to the HR Superintendent you will support the day to day HR functions. This role supports the business across all aspects of the employment life cycle. From recruitment & onboarding, performance management, industrial relations, engagement, retention and everything in between, this position works across a diverse range of responsibilities and would suit a HR-generalist who is looking to further their career working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
This role will see you work with your stakeholders and team to lead and deliver best practice HR support that is fit for purpose and meets our overall business and operational objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Support of all ER matters including case management, end to end investigations, performance management, complaints and grievances, resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues.
* Support the roll out of strategic HR business activities.
* Supporting employees and managers though the annual performance review process.
* Support the development, revision and implementation of HR related policies, procedures and processes
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Whilst a HR qualification is preferred, consideration and support to complete a HR qualification while in the role will be offered for the right candidate.
* Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
* Ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and best practice
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects

This is a 5&2 residential role in Kalgoorlie (NO FIFO OPTION) with relocation support on offer for the right candidate.
