- Specialise in new build homes, renovations, additions and extensions.
- Have been in business for over 15 years and employ about 30 people
**About The Role**
- Experienced Carpenter required for a Leading Hand job role to undertake detailed carpentry works and assist with the management of the job site.
- Looking for Carpenters and Leading Hands with a with a strong drive to move their career forwards into site management.
- Project site location will be Northern Beaches (Palm Beach, Avalon, Narrabeen, Manly etc)
**Duties**
- Supervision and management activities alongside the Foreman / Site Manager
- Specific types of carpentry works to be undertaken
- Site set out
- Trade works quality control
- Liaising with the client and design consultants as required
**Skills & Experience**
- Qualified Carpenter - Certificate III
- Experience of working on residential home projects from start to finish
- Enthusiastic and keen to further your career
