We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service at every touchpoint in the building.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can deliver outstanding customer experiences and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate closely with IT and Global Corporate Services teams to achieve shared goals.
* Maintain office areas and conference rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Greet and assist guests warmly, providing personalized support and attention.
* Handle administrative tasks and support events with precision and professionalism.


Requirements

* Experience in customer service, hospitality, or corporate reception is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively are crucial.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required.
* Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
* A background in financial/investment services or 4-5 star hospitality is highly desirable.
