What you'll be doing
1. Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
2. Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
3. Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
4. Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
5. Keeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality
6. Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
What we're looking for
7. 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
8. Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
9. Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities
10. Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams
11. A proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead
