Our large NSW Government Department covers comprehensive corporate governance frameworks and policy, regulating health facilities and the supply and administration of therapeutic goods.
**About the Role** 
They are currently seeking a highly experienced HR and Recruitment Support Officer to join their growing team in Regents Park. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Workplace Relations Business Unit, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of volume/bulk recruitment activities across the Department.
Your duties, will include but won't be limited to the following:
- Partner with the wider People & Culture team and Hiring Managers within your portfolio to understand stakeholder needs 
- Provide advice and support to managers on fit for purpose talent acquisition strategies 
- Manage comprehensive end to end recruitment process including advertising, psychometric assessments and reference checks 
- Undertake bulk recruitment activities and assist with coordination and management of various recruitment campaigns 
- Utilisation of the Recruitment and On-boarding (ROB) system 
- Generating letters of offer and employment contracts 
- Manage the recruitment onboarding process of new employees 
- Updating and maintaining employee files and records 
- Records and database management ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentiality 
- Provide general support for program and project management initiatives 
- Ensure compliance with PSC recruitment rules
**About You** 
To secure this great assignment you will have the following 
- Minimum 2 years Recruitment, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience 
- Previous experience within Public Sector or a complex environment highly advantageous 
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills 
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines 
- Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills 
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite 
- Reliable internet access 
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
