This role will be pivotal in localising and activating global strategies while developing and executing comprehensive, insight-led local plans. You will shape brand growth across all channels through media, influencers, content, partnerships, and new product development.Primary responsibilities include:Lead the development and execution of local brand strategy and annual activation plans.Own the local marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending aligned to business goals.Develop and implement influencer strategies, managing partnerships and event-based executions.Create and execute a content and social media strategy tailored to the ANZ market.Oversee localised content creation, including blog and community-based initiatives.Drive brand visibility through influencer and brand event planning and execution.Build strategic brand partnerships and manage outreach.Lead local NPD ideation, campaign execution and media channel proposals.Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to maintain brand consistency across channels.Manage retail and DTC channel alignment for integrated brand planning.Monitor campaign performance and present insights and optimisation opportunities.Support the launch of new products with tailored messaging and creative localisation.Align with global and regional stakeholders to coordinate asset delivery and campaign timelines.Champion the brand within the ANZ market, keeping pace with cultural and competitive trends.Requirements:5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in CPG, FMCG or health & wellness.Strong experience in digital marketing, content, and influencer management.Track record of developing and executing brand campaigns from strategy to reporting.Confident communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders and external partners.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.Commercially minded with strong project and budget management skills.Experience working in a global matrix organisation is a plus.What's on offer:Discretionary bonus scheme, subject to company & personal performanceDiscounts across THG BrandsSuperannuation contributionsOpportunities for career growth in a global, high-growth organisation.#LI-ONSITETHG is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
