Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) North Australia remove barriers to care for seriously ill children and their families, providing accommodation, care, and comfort when they need it most. We're looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator (fixed term contract until Dec 18, 2026 ) to play a critical role in our revitalising our brand, and ensuring our identity aligns with RMHC Global and National standards.
This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience to effectively coordinate brand and marketing projects.
This is a unique opportunity to combine project management, marketing, and stakeholder engagement skills to support the delivery of a consistent, contemporary brand across campaigns, events, digital platforms, and physical assets-helping us make a stronger impact in the communities we serve.
This role is a fixed term contract initially for 3 days per week, with some flexibility for choice of days.
Please note this is a 6-12 month contract position with specific deliverables and timelines.
What you'll do
Brand Modernisation
* Coordinate logistics for the brand refresh, including sourcing supplier quotes, liaising with vendors, and tracking progress.
* Collaborate with RMHC Australia and Global to obtain approvals as required, while leading the development and implementation of our chapter's independent brand initiatives
* Support the roll out of updated brand elements across digital platforms (website, social media, email) and physical assets (signage, merchandise, printed collateral).
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channels.
* Maintain documentation of brand assets, supplier communications, and implementation milestones.
* Attend RMHC system Brand Modernisation meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
Marketing Support
* Contribute to marketing materials: social media posts, email campaigns, printed collateral.
* Drive synergy across marketing systems and platforms to enable efficient, productive, and streamlined marketing delivery.
* Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
* Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Advise on best practice for brand rollouts in line with RMHC Brand Modernisation Implementation Group recommendations.
* Assist in developing local brand guides and procedures for internal asset requests.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
* Effectively coordinate communication updates and project information to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support ad hoc projects to ensure smooth brand integration within our daily marketing operations.
Experience
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Brand or Communications, or similar experience
