The position includes, but is not limited to the following:
Depot Roll in and outs every day to ensure vehicles are departing safely and on time
Monitor of Fleet cleanliness
Monitor Driver presentation and uniforms
Tracking fleet movements
Use of radio communications(two way communication)
Every 3 weeks you will be required to have the afterhours mobile for one week with training provided
Assist with location coordinator for large movements like full school inter athletics carnivals etc
Schedule of day to day fleet movements
Additional tasks as required
Assist with Sales Manager to set Sale tasks
Knowledge in the administration and implementation of fatigue management strategies are preferred but not essential
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to work as a team member
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task
A demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality and standard of customer care
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
This is a fast paced and high intensity environment, previous experience within the bus industry would be highly regarded, but not essential for this position.
You must have sound written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to change. You should also have an intermediate or advanced MS Office proficiency.
This role is for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
