About the opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating engaging campaigns that connect communities and drive results. This role is based in Singleton and will require
weekly travel between our hub centres, including Singleton, Bateau Bay, and Salamander Bay
. Flexibility and a willingness to be on the move are essential, as you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
You'll support the implementation of strategic marketing plans, coordinate campaigns and activations, and manage social media content to boost engagement and foot traffic. Working closely with tenant customers, you'll help strengthen relationships and foster community connections through local partnerships and events. Your creativity and organisational skills will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget, contributing to the overall success of our retail portfolio.
What you'll be doing
* Assist with development of annual centre business plans and strategic marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate and implement campaigns and activations across multiple centres.
* Create and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and audience.
* Manage advertising collateral, proof artwork, and liaise with creative agencies.
* Support tenant customers with marketing initiatives and build strong relationships.
* Analyse campaign performance, traffic, and turnover results to measure ROI.
* Raise purchase orders, manage budgets, and ensure timely invoice processing.
Your point of difference – What you'll bring to the team
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or property.
* Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and social media platforms.
* Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and content.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
* Digital platform experience (Meta, CMS, eDM, Canva, Google Analytics).
