About the role
To cater for our growing business, we seek hands on and motivated Full-time or Casual Retail assistants to join the Echuca Retail Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will build on the success of our retail grocery outlet, supplying a large range of products directly to the public and commercial customers, providing them with a unique range of products and high-quality service.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
The successful candidate will possess the following
* Exceptional customer service focus
* Previous supermarket or retail experience, including stock replenishment
* Minimum 1-2 years of retail or supermarket experience required
* Excellent communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills
* Proficiency required in basic email/internet
* A "can do" attitude with the ability to multitask
* Highly motivated with a hands-on approach
* Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries
* Ability to work within a team and autonomously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
