Job Description
* Originate and build relationships with family offices, HNW/UHNW investors, and wealth advisers
* Drive capital raising initiatives across private credit and alternative investment strategies
* Manage investor meetings, due diligence processes, and ongoing communications
* Support investor onboarding and capital commitment processes
* Collaborate with senior leadership on capital formation strategy
* Maintain and track investor pipeline activity using CRM systems
* Identify and develop new distribution channels and investor opportunities
* Represent the firm at investor meetings, presentations, and industry events
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in private credit, funds management, or alternative investments distribution
* Proven track record of successfully raising capital from wholesale investors
* Established network across family offices, wealth advisers, and HNW/UHNW investors
* Strong understanding of private credit products and investment structures
* Experience working with investment platforms
* Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially minded, self-driven, and able to generate immediate investor opportunities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
