Description
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial and operational reports (P&L, balance sheets, general ledgers).
* Reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
* Collaborate with divisional managers to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and controls.
* Assist with external audits and maintain up-to-date financial records.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting obligations
Profile
* CA/CPA qualified
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a large business or corporate environment.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft desirable).
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
