Sales Operations Business Partner Role
We're seeking an experienced professional to support our sales leadership and go-to-market team.
This is a critical hands-on role that will partner with the sales leadership and go-to-market team to develop analysis, insights, ideas, and plans that will drive the sales organization toward its strategic goals, operational effectiveness, and flawless execution.
1. Partner with sales leadership to support sales execution that appropriately reflects the business goals and strategy.
2. Drive & Support CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene.
3. Ensure the sales forecasting processes are rigorous and provide accurate predictions into future performance and integrate forecasting efforts with other planning processes within the company.
4. Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy.
5. Support in the creation of sales plans, assign sales quotas, and other sales objectives to ensure the sales plan is allocated across sales resources.
6. Support sales leadership in driving CRM discipline in individual contributors.
7. Partner with sales leadership, revenue, and business operations to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales organization.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of five years' experience in an operational role supporting senior sales management in a SaaS environment. Commercial or operational experience in a company confronted with multiple products, markets/verticals is also required.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proven business partner/service mentality, excellent Excel, analytical skills, and excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
