Job Description
General Warehouse Duties
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
* Loading and unloading trucks using manual handling techniques and/or equipment
* Labelling, sorting, and preparing goods for dispatch
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
* Following all workplace health and safety requirements
Hospitality Packaging-Specific Duties
* Ensuring order accuracy to meet customer service expectations
* Supporting urgent and same-day orders during peak hospitality trading periods
Equipment & Systems
* Use of pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
* Operation of forklifts if licensed and authorized
The Successful Applicant
Essential
A successful Pick Packer should have:
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and repeatedly
* Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
* Previous experience in warehousing, picking, packing, or storeperson roles
* Experience in wholesale, packaging, or hospitality supply environments
* Forklift license
* Experience using warehouse or inventory systems

* Willingness to learn and develop skills
* Strong attention to detail
