We are seeking a Graduate Network Engineer to join our team. This role provides structured training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare you for a successful career in networking.
As a Graduate Network Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of technical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, write, and maintain technical engineering designs.
* Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment.
* Assist in implementing customer solutions with guidance and transition them to Business as Usual (BAU).
* Participate in structured training, including:
o Networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching, Wireless, Security)
o Industry certifications (JNCIA, Aruba Wireless, Security Firewall)
o Network security, LAN/WAN, and data center networking concepts
o Soft skill development for professional growth
* Work openly and inclusively with others in a team environment.
* Maintain a positive and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* A recent graduate (or career-transitioning professional) with a keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
* Strong willingness to learn and grow technical and professional skills.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
* Must hold a Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain Baseline clearance.
