About the role
Lead a range of projects to enhance service delivery and drive positive change across a large Queensland Government Department. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Design, deliver, and maintain change management artefacts including plans, registers, and readiness assessments.
* Provide expert guidance on best practice change management incorporating human centred design, agile methodologies, and iteration management principles.
* Build and maintain a strong change network fostering relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and teams.
* Develop targeted communications and engagement activities to support business readiness and successful change adoption.
* Monitor change effectiveness through clear metrics and adjust strategies to overcome challenges.
About you
We're looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll have:
* Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change and communications for complex projects within a large organisation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Expertise in human centred design, agile delivery, and change management frameworks.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
