About the Role:
Securecorp is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a key site in Townsville. This permanent role offers 24–36 guaranteed hours per week, providing consistency, security, and work-life balance.
You will deliver a professional, visible security presence, provide high-quality customer service, conduct patrols, manage access control, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a visible, professional security presence
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
* Conduct patrols and manage access control points
* Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
* Assess and manage risks at the site
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate logs
Skills & Experience:
* Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller component
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Control Room Licence (highly regarded)
* Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Ability to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
* Australian work rights are required for this position
