Overview
* Pivotal role in a major transformation project
* Shape the future of Supply Chain systems and process
* Attractive remuneration package
This is a rare opportunity to lead a large‐scale enterprise transformation, shaping Supply Chain design and implementation end‐to‐end. You'll drive analysis and solution validation, identify process and system improvements, assess cross‐functional impacts, and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
You'll bring pace, ownership, and high standards—along with a sharp, solutions‐focused mindset. In this role, you'll lead and coach a team of SMEs, build strong stakeholder relationships, and take ownership of solution delivery—covering process design, requirements, testing, and implementation. You'll also partner closely with the change management team to embed new ways of working.
Broader responsibilities will include
* Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program.
* Document processes, and manage requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide toward our future state plan for the Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics and Dispatch, Production Planning and Production Execution).
* Undertake all SME responsibilities and serve as a point of escalation for more complex or high‐impact decisions.
* Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes, and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability.
What you'll bring
Accordingly, we are seeking an experienced senior BA and Team Lead with demonstrated experience in Supply Chain realms, accompanied with expertise in large ERP platforms (Oracle ERP preferred). You bring a strong track record in process improvement and enabling technology, ideally across full lifecycle implementations, along with:
* Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain operations including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics and Dispatch, Production Planning and Production Execution
* Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives
* Demonstrated experience leading SME functions or specialist teams within a complex environment
* High integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation
* Excellent problem‐solving ability
* Collaboration, with a strong commitment to knowledge‐sharing
In return, you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work alongside top‐tier talent, and play a defining role in a transformation that matters—accelerating your career while leaving a lasting impact.
