Part-Time and Casual opportunities available, with flexibility to work early mornings (starting at 6am) or late nights (finishing at 10pm), including weekends.
Welcome to the Proactive Services Team
Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition.
What you'll do
1. Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room, and emptying bins.
2. Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
3. Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
4. Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
What you'll bring
1. Ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion to grow your career in the cleaning and trolley collection space and beyond.
2. Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.
3. Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
4. Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
5. Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
6. A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
