About the chance
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Remuneration and Benefits to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our total rewards framework.
- Lead the development and execution of Sigma’s Remuneration and Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Manage the full lifecycle of fixed and variable remuneration programs, including annual reviews, incentive plans, and job grading.
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and provide insights and updates on market trends.
- Oversee non-monetary benefits, recognition programs, and vendor relationships to enhance our employee value proposition.
- Work with the Payroll function to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide expert advice and actionable insights to stakeholders, including Board-level reporting and Nomination and Remuneration Committee support.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, HR, or a related discipline.
- Deep experience in remuneration and benefits, ideally within an ASX-listed environment.
- Experience leading teams and building capability across the broader P&C; team.
- Deep technical knowledge of reward frameworks, benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Mercer CED Job Evaluation, and SharePoint.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
