About the role
This role is an on‑site position based in St. Leonards.
As you'll be part of a global IT team that keeps our systems running, our people connected, and our tech cutting-edge. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll troubleshoot, problem-solve, and continually learn while supporting users across multiple region.
You'll work closely with the IT Manager for Australia, South East Asia & the USA – learning from experienced professionals and building real-world capability from day one.
What you'll do
* Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting
* Be hands on with a wide range of user and back end hardware
* Support virtual environments and core infrastructure
* Administer accounts, access permissions, and onboarding
* Work across systems like Windows, Office, Active Directory, Dynamics 365 and more
* Manage firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and Wi-Fi networks
* Maintain the Helpdesk and ensure security patching
* Keep documentation up to date and support system enhancements
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or similar
Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, and security
A strong customer‑service mindset and high level of proactivity – anticipating needs, resolving issues early, and delivering positive experiences.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
