We're looking for an outstanding Assistant Director to support the CD to take us to the next level!
**Assistant Director role**
The role of an Assistant Director is a busy and varied one. With a strong focus on leadership and relationships with families. This role provides the platform for longer term career succession into a Campus Director role.
As Assistant Director at our Buderim campus you will collaborate with our Campus Director. As this is one of our larger campuses, you will be predominantly off the floor, communicating with families and supporting with roster management and compliance. You will be required to support with breaks and cover the ratio's at the beginning or end of the day.
