Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
As the first point of contact for many visitors, you will play a vital role in shaping their experience of our park. You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using our booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
You will also coordinate with our Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supply guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest, and complete day-to-day office administration tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry, a passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences, and proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.
They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
