Outsourced Professional Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Volo Digital, a leader in digital and technology solutions for NDIS and Allied Health providers. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Data Analyst to work across the full data lifecycle — modelling, transforming, analysing and visualising data to drive real-world outcomes.
About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Volo Digital, you’ll work across the full data lifecycle—modelling, transforming, analysing and visualising data that drives real world outcomes.
You’ll take ownership of Power BI development, maintain curated enterprise data models, and administer Microsoft Fabric to ensure secure, scalable and governed data environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their data needs, transform complex datasets into meaningful outputs, and deliver analytics solutions that support strategic decision making.
NOTE: This is a full-time, on-site role and is not remote or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI
* Develop robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and star‑schema design
* Administer Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse storage, connections, and pipelines
* Implement secure data governance, workspace access, and model curation
* Translate business requirements into actionable insights and visualisations
* Optimise report performance, dataset refresh processes, and data pipelines
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analytical outcomes
* Maintain documentation, standards, and data asset catalogues
About You
* 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, BI development, or similar roles
* Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modelling)
* Experience administering Microsoft Fabric or other cloud analytics platforms
* Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data‑lake concepts
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and data‑validation skills
* Comfortable translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar are highly regarded
* Certifications in Power BI, Azure or Fabric are a bonus
