What we are looking for:
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to join our high performing team. You'll provide first and second level technical support to internal customers throughout the organisation.
What your day will look like:
* Providing first and second level diagnostic of hardware and software technical problems
* Managing corporate systems and network user permissions
* Training internal users and providing advice in the use of Microsoft products
* Ensuring equipment is correctly assigned and maintaining the asset register
* Prioritising user support requests
