BW ESS is a grid-scale energy storage owner-operator moving with speed to develop, build and operate market-leading battery projects. Our experience spans the development, delivery, and operation of major energy storage projects, working alongside best-in-class developers, suppliers, contractors, and financial institutions. As an active investor with development exposure, BW ESS has a strategy to hold assets for the long-term, taking a hands-on approach to unlock value throughout the energy storage asset lifecycle.
We are operational in the UK and Sweden, and active in Italy, Germany, Spain and Australia. We grow through partnerships with strong local developers and leverage BW Group's capital strength, supply-chain reach and decades in energy infrastructure. Our global development pipeline is ~9.5GW; in Australia we are advancing >2.6GWh of BESS opportunities.
Role Purpose

* Experience within infrastructure, energy, renewables, private equity, investment banking or advisory.
* Advanced financial modelling capability with strong commercial judgement.
* Proven ability to take ownership of transactions from evaluation through execution.
* Strong understanding of the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM) and revenue frameworks relevant to BESS.
