Key responsibilities include:
* Provide HSE advice and support to the site team
* Conduct HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness sessions
* Complete Monadelphous and client HSE reporting
* Uphold and communicate HSE standards, take action to ensure 'The Safe Way is The Only Way' and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance
* Assist with the implementation of the HSE Management System and maintaining HSE registers
* Co-ordinate site-based risk management processes
* Liaise with clients on HSE matters
* Communicate and provide support to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines
What you will bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a site based HSE role
* Diploma qualification in OHS
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment preferred
* Applied First Aid Certificate
* Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
* Incident Investigation training
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
* Crane and rigging experience would be highly regarded
