- Working hours full time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm / 8-4 or 9-5 
- Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment 
- Ability to obtain a Police check 
- Must have Current WWCC 
- Double vaccination required

**Customer Service Administration Officer - Rostering Team**
**Duties and Responsibilitie**:
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to all incoming enquiries 
- Display intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process. 
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers 
- Process and assist clients with transactions and inquiries 
- Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives 
- Manage time and organise own workload against performance expectations
**Job requirements**:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Rostering administration would be helpful but great communications and rapport building skills will be essential 
- Proven phone-based customer service experience 
- High levels of attention to detail, patient and empathetic manner 
- Solid time management skills with an ability to focus on priorities, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
- **Strong stakeholder relationship management skills**:
- Punctuality and reliability are necessary! 
- Ability to pick up new internal systems
