You will join Victoria's largest and most diverse Allied Health team: over 1500 Allied Health clinicians are employed at Monash Health.
Expect to develop and implement structures that will ensure Monash Health is a leader of Allied Health workforce, clinical education and research. In partnership with our Allied Health leaders and your high performing and expert team, you will drive workforce initiatives, and, actively challenge and enable the evaluation of current Allied Health practice, with the goal of leading the program in pursuit of best practice and the delivery of effective, evidence based clinical outcomes.
Reporting to and supporting Monash Health's Chief Allied Health Officer, you will impact on patient care, culture, strategic direction and contribute to the professional governance of Allied Health at Monash Health. As well, your leading or participation in projects will be highly valued. We look to your team for leadership of Allied Health inter-professional clinical education, research, data, support workforce, credentialing and scope of practice. We look to you to help make Monash Health the leading place for Allied Health clinicians to work in Victoria.
**About You**
Your achievements and experience include demonstrated leadership of Allied Health clinicians; clinical education and clinical research including publications and conference presentations; knowledge of process improvement & change management; and, insight to current issues in health care. An undergraduate qualification in a relevant Allied Health discipline is necessary with a post graduate qualification desirable.
