* Manage the residential sales process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, including social media promotion
* Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
* Maintain a visible and respected presence within the southern Sunshine Coast market
Requirements
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow your own brand
* Current real estate certificate and driver's license
* Experience with social media or digital marketing (nice, but not essential)
* Exposure to boutique, high-performing agencies (nice, but not essential)
* Work with autonomy and flexibility, including options to work from home
