As a Support Officer, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational support that directly contributes to positive outcomes for students and families.

Your responsibilities
* Deliver professional, confidential and timely customer service to parents, schools, contractors.
* Use TRIM, HPRM8, Microsoft Office and other program systems to support efficient daily operations.
* Provide administrative support including filing, records management, mail processing, register maintenance and document preparation.
* Assist with operational tasks such as transport run creation, data processing, data verification, reporting and accurate record maintenance.
* Prepare documents, briefings and reports while ensuring all electronic and hard‑copy records comply with departmental policies.

* High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Confidence using a variety of computer systems and the willingness to learn new technologies.
