We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our enterprise client for an initial 6 months with a view to extend. This role will sit in the IT domain of the business and will be a hybrid working environment. Responsibilities: Responsible for analysing the portfolio of IT projects and prioritise them with the key stakeholders. Use PM tools and introduce new ones where required to ensure quality and continuous improvement across the portfolio and processes. Use various tools and templates to track project progress. Manage risks and mitigate using recommendations. Provide monitoring and reporting on project budgets and timelines. Use PM tools to create dashboards for Executive and C-level reporting. Experience / Skills Required: At least 5 years working in a PMO Analyst role across enterprise organisations. Strong experience working with dashboards including various tools, e.g. Power BI with strong experience in data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using various tools including Jira or MS Project. Ability to work with senior stakeholders up to C-level and to problem-solve quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Experience working within infrastructure or construction would be highly desirable.
