What We're Looking For
We're after enthusiastic **Retail Sales Assistants** who can:
- Deliver a **world-class in-store experience** by listening, engaging, and helping customers find their perfect fit.
- Achieve **sales targets and team KPIs** with energy and authenticity.
- Display strong **product knowledge** (we'll train you - then quiz you!).
- Fit, buckle, recommend, and care for our key brands**:Birkenstock, Fitflop, Frankie4, MBT, Blundstone** and more!
- Keep the store tidy, the stockroom accurate, and the vibe upbeat.
- Bring a **positive, professional attitude** - always.
You'll need to be:
- A team player with **excellent communication** and people skills.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to hit your goals.
- Organised, punctual, and willing to work where the business needs you.
- Tech-confident (rosters, POS, internal learning platforms).
- **Physically capable** of climbing ladders and lifting stock boxes safely.
Christmas/ Holiday Period Availability is a Must!
We're hiring **now for the October-January peak**, and you **must be fully available across the Christmas and New Year period** to be considered. That means **public holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and Recent Year's Day** are essential working days.
