Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded, people‐first leader to run one of our large‐format Donation Centres (circa 8,000 sq ft). The Centre handles up to 10 tonnes of donated goods per week and operates in a dynamic, warehouse‐style environment that combines community engagement, sustainability and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
* Generate and manage stock by building strong local relationships to drive donations.
* Use social media creatively to attract supporters and design engaging promotions and events.
* Lead a large and diverse team, predominantly volunteers, by inspiring, coaching and fostering a culture of respect and motivation.
* Balance operational oversight with creativity, community engagement and commercial drive.
* Exercise genuine autonomy to shape the Centre, experiment with ideas and grow both income and impact.
