What you’ll do: Lead and deliver sharp, commercially focused financial due diligence, producing high‑quality insights and reports that support major transactions and maximise value for our clients Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, turning analytical findings into clear strategies and actionable recommendations Run complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, dissecting financial performance, key value drivers and risks to inform critical deal decisions Build a deep understanding of client businesses and sectors, equipping clients with confident, data‑driven insights that accelerate deal success Harness PwC’s cutting-edge tools — including AI and advanced analytics — to enhance how you work, elevate the client experience and grow your digital capability Lead, coach and empower junior team members, providing constructive feedback and creating an inclusive, high‑performing team culture Shape the direction of our Transaction Services practice, using your commercial acumen and leadership to drive transformative deals and lasting impact Ideally you will also have experience in SPA services delivery, with the added tasks: Deliver crucial insights and advice to clients regarding value negotiations and purchase price mechanisms Identify and advise clients on ways to protect or enhance deal value regarding the working capital and net debt of a target business Support successful transaction execution, including drafting and negotiating the key financial aspects of the sale and purchase agreement Assist clients post-transaction with the preparation, review and negotiation of completion accounts and earn-outs, along with assisting with disputes and independent expert determinations.
