We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a short-term locum opportunity within a unique hospital-substitution service based in Northern Adelaide. This service operates within a residential aged care setting, supporting adults aged 65 who require restorative care prior to returning home. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working autonomously while still being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments and occupational therapy interventions Support rehabilitation and restorative care goals Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for safe return home Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Manage your own caseload autonomously within the service About You Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration Previous experience within hospital, aged care, rehabilitation, or restorative care settings Strong understanding of discharge planning and functional assessment Ability to work independently and confidently manage a sole OT role Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits Short-term locum contract with flexible start date Competitive hourly rate of $65-$70 per hour Super (pending experience) Supportive multidisciplinary environment Opportunity to work within a rewarding restorative care model If you are an Occupational Therapist looking for your next locum opportunity, I would love to hear from you.
