Administration Officer Opportunity
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of others as an Administration Officer. This role is crucial to the delivery of high-quality client-centered care within local Neighbourhood teams.
The ideal candidate will possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with previous experience in rostering/scheduling being desirable. They must also have great time-management skills and be able to prioritize their workload with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
* Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
* Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
* Assist senior staff with special projects as required
