We're seeking an Accounts Assistant / ERP Support Specialist (with analyst-level troubleshooting and process optimization expertise) to support our finance operations in Perth, Western Australia. This role is perfect for someone who excels in hands-on bookkeeping while driving ERP enhancements and automation using Wiise (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day accounts tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, data entry, and month-end support.
* Provide expert support for our Wiise/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, configuration, and resolving errors.
* Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and implement automation to boost efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with our Finance Manager to enhance workflows while maintaining strong existing processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in accounts/bookkeeping roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Wiise or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly regarded).
* Ability to troubleshoot ERP issues, configure modules, and drive process improvements.
* Relevant qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping, or IT (e.g., Cert IV in Bookkeeping, ERP certifications).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
